By identifying risk groups and available services, proactive measures can be taken wisely. For example, locating the areas where the elderly live will quickly provide an overview of where to pay special attention and enable to take the corresponding measures.
4. Monitor your assets’ valuations
This year 2020, even during this crisis, shows a high investment rate in the construction industry. By following the insights on a monthly basis you can understand the development investments trends following the crisis.
5. Identify the need of your tenants (small businesses and entrepreneurs)
