Natalia Rincón

Natalia is the bold, tenacious and passionate co-founder and CEO at CHAOS. She is an architect and computer science engineer and currently holds a PhDc in smart cities. Ranked in the top 10 EU women entrepreneurs who foster the industry, Natalia is a thought leader advocating for sustainability, liveability, and equality in our cities.

Natalia represents the doer women in the tech community and encourages innovation and entrepreneurship.

Paloma Bautista

Paloma started working at CHAOS as Head of Marketing & Art, where she got to work on her passion: building a brand from scratch. Currently COO, she ensures the business has effective and passionate people to execute CHAOS’ bold vision.
