Over the last half a year, CHAOS has had 200% increase in its size. We can confidently say that our team possess key must-have attributes defining a successful team: diversity, drive, expertise, clear vision, cooperation & appreciation, and of course, the fair share of fun. Our team encapsulates more than 50 years of joint experience in urban planning, data science & machine learning, and international business. Our first hand expertise in architecture and urbanism brings valuable insights into product development. Our data and machine learning professionals, in the past quarter alone, have identified key indicators for building a global liveability index and have worked on algorithms that will disrupt the urban planning, real estate and development industries.
In 2019, we are planning continuous growth and more hires for data scientist, developer, and sales positions.

Funding

In January this year, we closed our pre-seed round and secured 290k which supported the developing phase of the AI cloud platform, the first AR features, and the expansion of its core team as well as the sales escalation of the company both inside Finland and abroad.In May, we successfully secured R&D funding from Business Finland. ‍This year, CHAOS  represented Finland in the Digital 4 Her event organised by the European Commision. As a leading EU female founded startup at the most advanced stage of its technological development, we were awarded with the special programme for scalable startups in Silicon Valley.
We were featured in: Helsinki Top 10 GovTech startups, and our CEO Natalia Rincon was listed in the global top 100 list of female experts in AI ethics.
We are a national finalist at the  WSA – World Summit Awards in the category Governments & Citizen Engagement
